Our Frühstückspension Maier is located in the quiet and sunny district of Oberwindau, just 200 metres from the Gaislachkogl cable car. In winter you are just a few steps away from the Sölden ski area, and the cross-country ski trail also leads right past the house. In summer, the Bike Republic and numerous hiking trails are also just a stone's throw away.

In the immediate vicinity of Pension Maier you will find many restaurants, shops, bars, ski hire shops, ski schools and other infrastructure facilities. Another highlight is the proximity to the ice rink (winter) and beach volleyball court (summer). The bus stop is also only 200 metres away from Pension Maier. You can reach the centre of Sölden via an illuminated footpath along the river “Ötztaler Ache”. Thanks to the walking distance and the excellent public transport connections, you generally don't need your car during your holiday. This saves you parking fees at the cable car.
