Leisure activities in Sölden
Always worth a visit in summer and winter.
Sölden ski resort
Sölden, the Heartbeat of the Alps, makes the hearts of all skiers beat faster. There is plenty of space to carve and have fun on 144 kilometres of pistes. Thanks to the two glaciers in the ski area, the skiing fun in Sölden starts in autumn and lasts until spring. The slopes go from 1,350m up to 3,340m - guaranteeing snow on your holiday in Sölden. A total of 33 huts and restaurants cater for your physical well-being in the ski area. From rustic traditional cuisine to haute cuisine, such as in the iconic Ice Q, everything is on offer. Action fans can not only look forward to spectacular pistes in Sölden, but should also pay a visit to the 007 ELEMENTS, the unique James Bond adventure world inside the Gaislachkogl mountain. By the way: A downhill run takes you directly to the valley station of the Gaislachkogl cable car. So even after a day's skiing, it's only around 200m from the piste to Pension Maier.
